Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and monitor advanced security solutions (SIEM, EDR, firewalls)
- Lead incident response investigations for security breaches
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Develop and maintain security policies and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on security architecture
- Manage security awareness training programs
- Ensure compliance with NIST, ISO 27001, and HIPAA standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field
- 5+ years experience in cybersecurity operations
- CISSP, CISM, or CEH certification required
- Expertise in threat detection and mitigation strategies
- Strong knowledge of cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Experience with SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
- Proven ability to handle high-pressure security incidents
