Responsibilities
- Architect and implement advanced threat detection protocols across cloud and on-premise environments

- Develop and maintain security automation frameworks using Python and SIEM tools
- Mentor junior security professionals and contribute to security awareness programs
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to embed security in CI/CD pipelines
- Stay current with emerging threats and recommend strategic security improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity operations, threat intelligence, or incident response
- Industry certifications: CISSP, CISM, or GIAC (e.g., GCFA, GCIH)
- Expertise in SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar), cloud security (AWS/Azure), and network protocols
- Proven experience designing security automation solutions
- Strong analytical skills with ability to document complex security scenarios
- Eligibility for US government security clearance (or ability to obtain)
