Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced security protocols to safeguard organizational assets
- Conduct penetration testing and vulnerability assessments across network infrastructure
- Monitor security information and event management (SIEM) systems for threat detection
- Lead incident response procedures during security breaches
- Develop and maintain security documentation including policies and procedures
- Mentor junior security analysts and conduct security awareness training
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity or information security roles
- Industry certifications (CISSP, CEH, or Security+) required
- Proficiency in SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar) and network security protocols
- Experience with cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP) environments
- Strong analytical skills and ability to document complex technical processes
- US citizenship or permanent residency required for government contract compliance
