Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security threats using SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
- Lead incident response investigations and remediation efforts
- Develop and implement advanced security controls and policies
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance security posture
- Generate comprehensive security reports for executive stakeholders
- Maintain compliance with NIST, ISO 27001, and SOC 2 standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years in cybersecurity with hands-on threat detection experience
- CISSP, CISM, or CEH certification required
- Expertise in network security (firewalls, IDS/IPS) and cloud security (AWS/Azure)
- Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, and security automation tools
- Strong understanding of MITRE ATT&CK framework
- Experience with incident response in high-volume environments
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
