Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust security architectures across cloud/on-premise infrastructures
- Lead incident response investigations and mitigate advanced persistent threats
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on critical systems
- Develop security policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001)
- Mentor junior analysts and collaborate with cross-functional IT teams
- Monitor SIEM platforms and analyze security alerts for proactive threat hunting
- Prepare executive security reports and communicate risks to stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity with hands-on threat detection experience
- Certifications: CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+ (required)
- Expertise in cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP) and network security protocols
- Strong proficiency with SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar) and EDR solutions
- Experience with incident response frameworks (NIST SP 800-61)
- Ability to thrive in remote work environments with minimal supervision
