Responsibilities
- Lead threat detection and incident response operations for enterprise environments
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on critical systems
- Develop and implement zero-trust security architectures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance security posture
- Monitor SIEM platforms and analyze security alerts
- Create comprehensive cybersecurity documentation and reports
- Mentor junior analysts on emerging threats and mitigation strategies
Qualifications
- 5+ years in cybersecurity with focus on threat analysis
- Certification: CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+
- Expertise in SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
- Strong knowledge of network security protocols
- Experience with cloud security (AWS/Azure)
- Proficient in scripting languages (Python, PowerShell)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Active DoD Secret clearance preferred
