Immediate Opening: Join Our Cybersecurity Team! We're urgently seeking a talented Cybersecurity Analyst to protect our digital infrastructure during weekend shifts. This remote role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere while making a critical impact on our security operations.
As a key member of our SOC team, you'll monitor, detect, and respond to security threats in real-time. You'll collaborate with global teams to investigate incidents, implement defensive measures, and maintain compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities
- Monitor security alerts and investigate potential threats across enterprise systems
- Respond to security incidents with documented remediation procedures
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on network assets
- Implement and maintain security controls (firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM)
- Generate comprehensive incident reports and executive summaries
- Collaborate with IT teams to enhance security posture
- Stay current with emerging threats and security technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years in cybersecurity operations or SOC roles
- CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+ certification required
- Experience with SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar, etc.) and threat intelligence tools
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, cloud security (AWS/Azure), and encryption standards
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun 6AM-6PM PT)
- Excellent written communication for incident reporting
