Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise-wide security architectures to mitigate advanced cyber threats
- Lead incident response operations, including forensic analysis and containment procedures
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing across cloud/on-premise environments
- Develop security awareness training programs and mentor junior security analysts
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate security practices into CI/CD pipelines
- Generate comprehensive security reports for executive stakeholders and regulatory compliance
- Stay current with emerging threats and technologies through continuous research
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity roles with hands-on incident response experience
- Active CISSP, CISM, or CEH certification (required)
- Expertise in SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar) and EDR solutions (CrowdStrike, SentinelOne)
- Strong knowledge of NIST frameworks and compliance regulations (GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS)
- Experience with cloud security (AWS/Azure) and containerized environments
- Proven ability to communicate complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Eligibility for U.S. government security clearance (required)
