Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security alerts using SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar)
- Lead incident response protocols for breaches and vulnerabilities
- Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks
- Conduct penetration testing and vulnerability assessments
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate security into cloud infrastructure
- Document security incidents and generate executive reports
- Stay current on emerging threats and threat intelligence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity operations
- Active CISSP, CISM, or CEH certification required
- Expertise in network security, cloud security (AWS/Azure), and endpoint protection
- Proficiency in security automation tools (Ansible, Python)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to prioritize critical incidents
- Excellent written communication for technical documentation
