Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security alerts using SIEM tools (Splunk, Sentinel) to identify potential threats.
- Conduct daily vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and security audits.
- Respond to and mitigate security incidents in real-time to minimize business impact.
- Configure, manage, and monitor firewalls, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection solutions.
- Ensure compliance with NIST, CIS, and other industry regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement security best practices across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity analysis, SOC operations, or network security.
- Deep knowledge of security frameworks (NIST, CIS, ISO 27001).
- Certifications preferred: CISSP, Security+, CEH, or GCIH.
- Strong scripting skills in Python or Bash.
- Experience with cloud security (Azure/AWS) is a plus.
