Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced threat detection systems across cloud/on-premises infrastructure
- Lead 24/7 incident response for critical security breaches
- Conduct penetration testing and vulnerability assessments
- Develop security automation scripts using Python/PowerShell
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to embed security in CI/CD pipelines
- Maintain compliance with NIST, ISO 27001, and SOC 2 standards
- Present security posture to executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years in cybersecurity with 2+ years in incident response
- Certifications: CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+
- Expertise in SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar) and EDR platforms
- Hands-on experience with cloud security (AWS/Azure)
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Experience with threat hunting frameworks (MITRE ATT&CK)
