As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in identifying vulnerabilities, mitigating risks, and ensuring the resilience of our global operations.
Responsibilities
- Monitor, analyze, and respond to security alerts and incidents in real-time using SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, QRadar).
- Conduct daily vulnerability scans and manage the remediation of security gaps across the network.
- Perform penetration testing and red team exercises to identify weaknesses before attackers do.
- Enforce security policies and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, HIPAA).
- Investigate and contain security breaches, documenting findings and root causes for future prevention.
- Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement secure network architectures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Certification such as CISSP, CEH, Security+, or GSEC is strongly preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity analysis or SOC operations.
- Deep understanding of TCP/IP, networking protocols, and operating systems (Windows/Linux).
- Proficiency with firewalls, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection solutions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
