Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security alerts using SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
- Conduct incident response investigations and threat hunting operations
- Develop and implement security controls for cloud and hybrid environments
- Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing engagements
- Collaborate with IT teams to remediate security gaps
- Create executive-level security dashboards and risk reports
- Lead security awareness training programs for employees
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise security operations
- CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+ certification required
- Expertise in NIST frameworks and compliance standards
- Proficiency with network security tools (Firewalls, IDS/IPS)
- Experience with cloud security (AWS/Azure) and containerization
- Strong analytical skills and threat intelligence knowledge
- Ability to work under pressure during security incidents
