Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform statistical analysis to interpret complex data sets and identify key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Dashboard Creation: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to visualize data trends for stakeholders.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports and summaries that clearly communicate data findings and strategic recommendations to the management team.
- Database Management: Assist in querying databases using SQL to extract specific datasets required for analysis.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement based on data-driven insights.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in SQL and Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Tools: Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker) is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present technical findings to non-technical audiences.
- Attention to Detail: Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Problem Solving: Ability to think critically and solve complex problems using data.
