Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-level incident response investigations and remediation
- Develop and maintain SIEM correlation rules and detection strategies
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement security controls
- Generate executive-level security reports and threat intelligence briefings
- Mentor junior analysts and conduct security awareness training
- Stay current with emerging threats and security technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field
- 5+ years in cybersecurity operations or incident response
- CISSP, CISM, or CEH certification required
- Expertise in SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar) and EDR platforms
- Strong knowledge of NIST frameworks and compliance standards
- Experience with threat hunting and malware analysis
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
