Responsibilities
- Conduct advanced threat hunting and vulnerability assessments across hybrid environments
- Lead incident response operations for security breaches and cyber attacks
- Develop and implement robust security monitoring strategies using SIEM platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with NIST/CIS frameworks
- Document security protocols and create executive-level risk assessment reports
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to security architecture improvements
Qualifications
- 5+ years in cybersecurity with proven incident response experience
- Expertise in SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar) and EDR solutions
- Certifications: CISSP, CISM, or GIAC (required)
- Strong knowledge of cloud security (AWS/Azure) and network protocols
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in remote settings
- Experience with threat intelligence platforms (Mandiant, Recorded Future)
- Clearable background check and US citizenship required
