Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust security protocols across cloud and on-premise environments
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on critical systems
- Lead incident response coordination during security breaches
- Develop comprehensive security awareness training programs
- Monitor SIEM alerts and analyze security telemetry data
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement secure CI/CD pipelines
- Ensure compliance with NIST, ISO 27001, and SOC 2 standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity operations
- CISSP, CEH, or CISA certification required
- Expert knowledge of network security tools (Firewall, IDS/IPS, WAF)
- Experience with cloud security platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP security)
- Proficiency in scripting (Python, PowerShell) and automation
- Strong analytical skills with threat intelligence experience
- Ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance
