Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced threat detection systems using SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar)
- Lead incident response investigations for security breaches and cyber attacks
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing across cloud/on-prem infrastructure
- Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001)
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines
- Monitor and analyze security alerts, prioritizing critical threats
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to security awareness training programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity operations and threat management
- Certifications: CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+ (required)
- Expertise in network security, endpoint protection, and cloud security (AWS/Azure)
- Proficiency with security automation tools (Python, PowerShell, Ansible)
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance (HIPAA, GDPR, PCI-DSS)
- Experience with threat intelligence platforms (Mandiant, Recorded Future)
