Responsibilities
- Lead incident response for complex security breaches using SIEM tools (Splunk, ArcSight)
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on enterprise systems
- Develop and implement advanced threat detection strategies
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to embed security in CI/CD pipelines
- Prepare executive-level security briefings and compliance reports
- Mentor junior analysts and drive security awareness initiatives
- Research emerging threats and recommend mitigation solutions
Qualifications
- 5+ years in cybersecurity with hands-on incident response experience
- Certified CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+ required
- Expertise in network security (firewalls, IDS/IPS) and endpoint protection
- Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell) for automation
- Experience with cloud security (AWS/Azure) and zero-trust architecture
- Active TS/SCI clearance preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
