Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced threat detection protocols across multi-cloud environments
- Lead incident response operations for security breaches and cyber attacks
- Conduct regular penetration testing and vulnerability assessments
- Develop security automation frameworks using Python and SIEM tools
- Mentor junior analysts and create security awareness training programs
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to embed security in CI/CD pipelines
- Generate executive-level security risk assessments and mitigation reports
Qualifications
- 5+ years in cybersecurity with 2+ years in incident response roles
- Certified CISSP, CISM, or OSCP required
- Expertise in SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar) and EDR solutions
- Hands-on experience with AWS/Azure security services and container security
- Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, NIST CSF)
- Proven ability to communicate complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders
