Responsibilities
- Lead threat detection, investigation, and response for enterprise systems
- Manage SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar) and security automation workflows
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing initiatives
- Develop security policies and incident response playbooks
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on secure CI/CD pipeline implementation
- Mentor junior analysts and conduct security awareness training
- Monitor emerging threats and recommend proactive countermeasures
Qualifications
- 5+ years in cybersecurity with 3+ in threat detection/response
- CISSP, CEH, or GIAC certification required
- Expertise in SIEM tools, network protocols, and cloud security (AWS/Azure)
- Hands-on experience with MITRE ATT&CK framework
- Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- Experience with incident response frameworks (NIST, SANS)
- Ability to work rotating on-call schedules
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
