Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security alerts using SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
- Conduct forensic investigations on security incidents and breaches
- Develop and implement incident response playbooks
- Collaborate with penetration testing teams for vulnerability remediation
- Perform security audits and compliance assessments (NIST, ISO 27001)
- Maintain and update security documentation and policies
- Lead threat hunting initiatives using MITRE ATT&CK framework
Qualifications
- 5+ years in cybersecurity with SOC analyst experience
- CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+ certification required
- Expertise in network security tools (Firewall, IDS/IPS, WAF)
- Strong knowledge of cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Experience with threat intelligence platforms (Darktrace, Recorded Future)
- Ability to work rotating shifts in 24/7 environment
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Active DoD Secret clearance preferred
