Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain advanced security controls across cloud/on-premise environments
- Lead incident response for security breaches, including forensic analysis and mitigation
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing for enterprise systems
- Develop security awareness training programs for internal stakeholders
- Monitor SIEM tools and analyze threat intelligence to prevent attacks
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to embed security in CI/CD pipelines
- Stay current with emerging threats and recommend proactive security measures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity with 3+ years in SOC or threat analysis
- Certifications: CISSP, CISM, or GIAC required (CEH or OSCP a plus)
- Expertise in SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar), firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet), and EDR platforms
- Strong knowledge of NIST frameworks, ISO 27001, and compliance standards
- Experience with cloud security (AWS/Azure) and containerized environments
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to work under pressure during incidents
