Responsibilities
- Lead 24/7 incident response for security breaches and cyber attacks
- Manage SIEM platforms (Splunk/Symantec) and analyze security logs
- Develop and execute penetration testing and vulnerability assessments
- Implement NIST/CIS compliance frameworks for regulatory adherence
- Collaborate with IT teams to harden network infrastructure
- Document security policies and create executive risk reports
- Mentor junior analysts on threat intelligence best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years in cybersecurity with SOC/NOC experience
- CISSP, CEH, or GIAC certification required
- Expertise in threat detection, forensics, and malware analysis
- Proficiency in AWS/Azure cloud security tools
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking and firewalls (Palo Alto/Check Point)
- Familiarity with GDPR/HIPAA compliance standards
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
