Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security events using SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
- Conduct forensic investigations and incident response for advanced threats
- Develop and implement security controls for cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines
- Generate executive-level security risk assessments and remediation plans
- Lead vulnerability management programs across hybrid environments
- Train junior analysts on threat hunting methodologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of cybersecurity experience with 2+ years in SOC operations
- CISSP, CISM, or GIAC certification required
- Expertise in network security (Firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs)
- Proficiency in scripting (Python, PowerShell) for automation
- Hands-on experience with threat intelligence platforms (Mandiant, CrowdStrike)
- Strong understanding of compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
