Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust network security architectures to prevent cyber threats
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on enterprise systems
- Lead incident response coordination during security breaches and cyber attacks
- Develop security policies and ensure compliance with NIST, ISO 27001, and SOC 2 standards
- Monitor SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar) for threat detection and analysis
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines
- Provide security awareness training to employees across all departments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity with 3+ years in threat detection/response
- Active CISSP, CISM, or CEH certification required
- Expertise in network security (firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs) and cloud security (AWS/Azure)
- Proven experience with SIEM tools, penetration testing, and forensic investigations
