Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive cybersecurity strategies for enterprise clients
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing across networks
- Monitor security incidents using SIEM tools and orchestrate incident response
- Develop and maintain security documentation, policies, and compliance frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security into DevOps pipelines
- Lead security awareness training programs for client stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity analysis or engineering roles
- Certifications: CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+
- Proficiency in threat detection tools (Splunk, CrowdStrike, Palo Alto)
- Deep understanding of compliance frameworks (NIST, GDPR, HIPAA)
- Strong analytical skills and experience with incident response protocols
- Ability to communicate complex security concepts to non-technical audiences
