Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain robust security frameworks to protect organizational assets
- Conduct 24/7 threat monitoring using SIEM tools and respond to security incidents
- Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing across hybrid environments
- Develop incident response plans and lead breach containment efforts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security compliance (NIST, ISO 27001)
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to security awareness training programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity with emphasis on threat detection
- Certifications: CISSP, CEH, or GIAC required
- Expertise in SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar) and EDR solutions
