Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security alerts using SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
- Lead incident response investigations for APT and ransomware attacks
- Develop threat intelligence reports and mitigation strategies
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Implement security controls for NIST 800-53 compliance
- Collaborate with CISO team on security architecture improvements
- Mentor junior analysts and document security procedures
Qualifications
- 5+ years in cybersecurity with 3+ years in SOC/IR roles
- Certifications: CISSP, GIAC GCIH/GCSA, or CompTIA Security+
- Expertise in threat intelligence frameworks (MITRE ATT&CK)
- Experience with cloud security (AWS/Azure) and network segmentation
- Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell)
- Active TS/SCI clearance preferred
- Bachelor's degree in CS or related field
