Your Mission
As a Cybersecurity Analyst, you will safeguard our organization's assets, ensuring data integrity and availability while mitigating risks associated with cyber threats.
Responsibilities
- Monitor, analyze, and respond to security alerts and incidents in real-time.
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
- Manage and tune SIEM technologies to enhance threat detection capabilities.
- Enforce security policies and ensure compliance with standards such as SOC 2, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS.
- Collaborate with IT and development teams to integrate security into the software development lifecycle.
- Document security incidents and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.
- Stay updated on the latest cyber threats and security trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, network security, or a related role.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or Security+ are highly preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, LogRhythm, or similar).
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, or Bash) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
