Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security threats using SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar)
- Conduct penetration testing and vulnerability assessments
- Develop incident response plans and lead breach mitigation
- Implement zero-trust architectures and IAM solutions
- Collaborate with DevOps teams for secure cloud deployments (AWS/Azure)
- Generate executive security reports and compliance documentation
- Mentor junior analysts and drive security awareness initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years in cybersecurity with hands-on threat analysis experience
- Certifications: CISSP, CEH, or GIAC preferred
- Expertise in network security (firewalls, IDS/IPS) and endpoint protection
- Proficiency in scripting (Python, PowerShell) for automation
- Experience with cloud security frameworks and compliance standards (NIST, ISO 27001)
- Strong analytical skills and threat hunting methodology
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent technical experience
