Responsibilities
- Lead threat detection and incident response for enterprise environments
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Develop and implement security controls for cloud and hybrid infrastructures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with NIST, ISO 27001, and GDPR standards
- Maintain and optimize SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar) for real-time monitoring
- Document security policies and procedures for internal teams
- Mentor junior analysts and conduct security awareness training
Qualifications
- 5+ years in cybersecurity with 3+ years in threat detection/response
- Certified CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+
- Expertise in SIEM tools, network security, and cloud security (AWS/Azure)
- Experience with incident response frameworks (NIST CSF, ISO 27035)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to prioritize complex threats
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Valid US driver's license and ability to travel up to 10%
