Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security events using SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
- Lead incident response procedures for cyber threats and data breaches
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Develop and implement security policies across cloud/on-premise environments
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure compliance with NIST/CIS frameworks
- Manage security awareness training programs for employees
- Research emerging threats and recommend mitigation strategies
- Document security incidents and forensic analysis reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity operations
- CISSP, CISM, or CEH certification required
- Expertise in network security, cloud security (AWS/Azure), and threat intelligence
- Experience with security automation tools (Python, PowerShell)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Eligibility to work in the US (US citizenship or Green Card)
