Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security alerts using Splunk, QRadar, and AWS GuardDuty
- Lead incident response for advanced persistent threats (APTs)
- Develop and implement cloud security frameworks (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Create executive-level security dashboards and threat reports
- Maintain compliance with NIST, ISO 27001, and GDPR standards
- Mentor junior analysts and improve SOAR workflows
Qualifications
- 5+ years in cybersecurity with 3+ years in threat detection/response
- CISSP, CISM, or OSCP certification required
- Expertise in SIEM tools, IDS/IPS, and EDR solutions
- Hands-on experience with cloud security (AWS/Azure security services)
- Strong scripting skills (Python/Bash) for automation
- Proven incident response handling (IR plan execution)
- Knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK framework and threat hunting
