Responsibilities
- Monitor, analyze, and respond to security alerts and incidents in real-time using SIEM tools.
- Conduct thorough vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to proactively identify weaknesses.
- Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and standards aligned with ISO 27001 and SOC2.
- Lead incident response investigations and coordinate with law enforcement or external vendors when necessary.
- Perform security architecture reviews and provide recommendations for enhanced protection.
- Train and mentor junior staff on security best practices and threat intelligence.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, or a related field.
- Certifications: CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+ are strongly preferred.
- Deep understanding of network protocols, firewalls, VPNs, and encryption standards.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex security issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for reporting to stakeholders.
