Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced threat detection protocols using SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
- Conduct incident response investigations and forensic analysis for security breaches
- Develop comprehensive risk assessments for cloud infrastructure and hybrid networks
- Lead security awareness training programs for 500+ employees across remote teams
- Ensure compliance with NIST, ISO 27001, and SOC 2 frameworks
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines
- Generate executive-level security dashboards and vulnerability reports
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity with focus on threat analysis
- Certification in CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+
- Expertise in cloud security (AWS/Azure) and network segmentation
- Proficiency in scripting (Python, PowerShell) for automation
- Strong background in incident response and digital forensics
- Experience with vulnerability management tools (Qualys, Nessus)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Active TS/SCI clearance or ability to obtain
