Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable AWS/Azure infrastructure using Terraform and Ansible
- Proactively monitor system health with Splunk and resolve performance bottlenecks
- Lead disaster recovery planning and execute quarterly DR drills
- Automate deployment pipelines using Jenkins and CI/CD best practices
- Manage enterprise-level security protocols including IAM and network segmentation
- Document system architecture and create knowledge base articles
- Mentor junior engineers on Linux administration and cloud technologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with Linux/Windows system administration
- Expert-level AWS/Azure certification (Solutions Architect or equivalent)
- Strong proficiency in automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, Puppet)
- Hands-on experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker)
- Proven track record in designing high-availability architectures
- Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Nagios)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with complex network environments
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
