Role Overview:
As a Cloud Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure. You will work closely with DevOps and development teams to ensure our platforms are robust, scalable, and secure.
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable cloud infrastructure architectures on AWS and Azure.
- Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, or GitHub Actions.
- Ensure high availability, security compliance, and performance of cloud-based applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and system architecture.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Conduct system monitoring, log analysis, and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Automate operational tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Cloud Engineering or DevOps.
- Strong certification in AWS (Solution Architect Associate/Professional) or Azure.
- Deep understanding of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, or PowerShell).
- Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to mentor junior engineers.
