In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of our cloud environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, deploy, and maintain robust cloud-native applications that drive our business forward.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate application deployment and testing.
- Implement containerization strategies using Docker and Kubernetes for microservices architecture.
- Monitor system performance, health, and reliability, proactively resolving bottlenecks and outages.
- Ensure data security, compliance (GDPR/SOC2), and disaster recovery planning.
- Collaborate with DevOps and development teams to refine software delivery processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in cloud engineering, systems administration, or DevOps.
- Strong proficiency in at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Expertise in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect Professional or Azure DevOps Engineer Expert are highly preferred.
