Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and manage highly available cloud infrastructure on AWS or Azure.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
- Automate provisioning and configuration using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot complex cloud issues to ensure 99.99% uptime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, Development, Security) to drive architectural best practices.
- Conduct regular security audits and implement compliance standards (SOC2, HIPAA).
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Cloud Engineer or DevOps Engineer.
- Strong proficiency in AWS (preferred) or Azure, including EC2, S3, RDS, and VPC.
- Expertise in containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, or PowerShell).
- Hands-on experience with IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible).
- Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, Load Balancing).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
