In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and manage cloud solutions, ensuring optimal performance and security. You will also drive our migration strategies and modernization efforts.
Responsibilities
- Design & Architect: Design and implement secure, scalable, and highly available cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure.
- Automation & CI/CD: Develop and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, and GitHub Actions to streamline deployment processes.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Utilize Terraform and Ansible to provision and manage infrastructure resources in a reproducible and version-controlled manner.
- Security & Compliance: Implement Identity and Access Management (IAM) policies, encryption standards, and security best practices to ensure data protection and regulatory compliance.
- Performance Tuning: Monitor cloud resources, analyze logs, and optimize application performance and cost efficiency.
- Collaboration: Work closely with DevOps and development teams to troubleshoot issues and improve system reliability.
- Cost Management: Monitor cloud spending and implement strategies to reduce operational costs while maintaining service levels.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Cloud Engineer or DevOps Engineer.
- Cloud Expertise: Deep knowledge of AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS) or Azure (VMs, Storage, App Services).
- IaC Tools: Proficiency in Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
- Scripting: Strong scripting skills in Python or Bash.
- Containerization: Experience with Docker and Kubernetes orchestration (EKS, AKS, or EKS).
- Certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Azure Solutions Architect Expert is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
