Responsibilities
- Architecture Design: Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-availability cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure.
- Resource Management: Oversee the provisioning, configuration, and maintenance of cloud resources using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
- Security & Compliance: Implement security best practices, manage IAM policies, and ensure compliance with industry standards (SOC2, HIPAA).
- Performance Optimization: Monitor system performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and optimize cloud costs.
- Automation: Develop CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment processes to increase efficiency.
- Collaboration: Partner with developers and stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliver solutions on time.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering, DevOps, or systems administration.
- Technologies: Proficiency in AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, VPC) or Azure. Strong experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
- Scripting: Expertise in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Networking: Solid understanding of TCP/IP, VPNs, load balancing, and networking protocols.
- Tools: Familiarity with Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, or GitLab CI.
