Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure.
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Ansible.
- Implement and enforce security best practices, including Zero Trust architecture and IAM policies.
- Optimize cloud costs and performance through continuous monitoring and analysis.
- Collaborate with DevOps and software development teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines.
- Lead incident response and troubleshooting for complex distributed systems.
- Conduct regular security audits and ensure compliance with industry standards (SOC2, HIPAA).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering or DevOps roles.
- Deep expertise in AWS or Azure services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.).
- Proficiency in containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Go.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
- Certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect Professional or Azure Solutions Architect Expert are a plus.
