Responsibilities
- Design and implement secure, high-availability cloud architectures on AWS/Azure/GCP
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, CloudFormation, and Ansible
- Optimize cloud resources for cost efficiency and performance (FinOps principles)
- Lead Kubernetes deployments and manage containerized applications at scale
- Implement robust CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions
- Conduct disaster recovery planning and compliance audits for cloud environments
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct peer code reviews
Qualifications
- 5+ years of cloud engineering experience with AWS/Azure certifications
- Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation tools
- Deep understanding of Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Experience with cloud security frameworks (CIS, NIST, SOC 2)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of optimizing cloud costs and performance
