Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize AWS/Azure/GCP infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Lead migration of legacy systems to multi-cloud environments with 99.9% uptime SLAs
- Automate deployment pipelines using CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
- Implement robust security frameworks (IAM, VPC, Security Groups, WAF) and compliance standards (FedRAMP, NIST)
- Monitor performance using tools like Datadog, Prometheus, and Grafana
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to enhance cloud resilience and disaster recovery
- Provide technical guidance on cloud cost optimization strategies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with AWS/Azure/GCP and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker)
- Expertise in infrastructure automation and IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible)
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native development
- Federal government cloud compliance knowledge (FedRAMP, CUI)
- Relevant certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP Certified, CompTIA Cloud+)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
