Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AWS/Azure/GCP infrastructure solutions using IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation)
- Optimize cloud costs and performance through continuous monitoring and automation
- Lead migration projects from on-premises to multi-cloud environments
- Develop CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins/GitLab CI and infrastructure-as-code principles
- Ensure compliance with SOC2, HIPAA, and industry-specific security frameworks
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct architecture reviews
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to enhance cloud-native application deployments
Qualifications
- 5+ years of cloud engineering experience with AWS/Azure/GCP
- Expertise in container orchestration (Kubernetes, ECS) and serverless architectures
- Advanced knowledge of networking (VPC, VPN, DNS) and security best practices
- Professional certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP Architect or DevOps Engineer)
- Proficiency in Python/Go scripting and infrastructure automation tools
- Experience with monitoring solutions (Datadog, CloudWatch, New Relic)
- Demonstrated success in leading complex cloud migration projects
