Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy advanced Machine Learning models and Deep Learning algorithms for production environments.
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of AI initiatives, from data ingestion and model training to evaluation and deployment.
- Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and scalability using techniques like Quantization and Pruning.
- Collaborate closely with data scientists, product managers, and software engineers to integrate AI capabilities into our core products.
- Research and implement novel AI architectures and stay abreast of the rapidly evolving AI landscape.
- Establish best practices for model monitoring, logging, and MLOps pipelines.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field (4+ years of experience can substitute for a Master’s).
- Proven experience building and deploying LLMs, RAG systems, or Generative AI models using frameworks like Hugging Face, LangChain, or PyTorch.
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and deep understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of neural network architectures, optimization techniques, and model evaluation metrics.
