Responsibilities
- Lead Model Development: Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI systems.
- Research Leadership: Publish papers and present findings at top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.).
- Infrastructure Optimization: Engineer scalable data pipelines and high-performance computing clusters.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Collaboration: Partner with product teams to integrate AI capabilities into consumer-facing applications.
- Code Review: Maintain high standards of code quality and security across the AI infrastructure stack.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering or applied research.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and CUDA.
- Algorithms: Deep understanding of deep learning architectures, NLP, and reinforcement learning.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, unstructured problems.
