Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the development of scalable, robust deep learning architectures for large-scale neural networks.
- Model Optimization: Drive research and implementation to optimize model accuracy, latency, and efficiency for real-time applications.
- R&D Strategy: Collaborate with the research team to define technical roadmaps and explore emerging AI paradigms (e.g., Quantum AI, Neuro-symbolic computing).
- System Integration: Integrate AI models into complex software ecosystems, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish and maintain rigorous monitoring standards for model performance and system health.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow. Strong proficiency in C++ for performance-critical components.
- System Design: Proven track record of designing distributed systems that handle high throughput and low latency.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Tools: Experience with MLOps platforms (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow) and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
