- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, researchers, and data scientists to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Prototype and validate cutting-edge technologies, including neural interfaces and decentralized ledgers, to inform our 2026 roadmap.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish coding standards that align with enterprise-grade security and reliability.
- Collaborate with product leadership to prioritize features that drive the competitive advantage of our future-ready platforms.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and system architecture audits to minimize technical debt.
Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in languages such as Rust, Go, or Python, with experience in AI/ML frameworks.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, high-stakes projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field is preferred.
